Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed services or on going services. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns and work toward a resolution. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion in situations where a service was not delivered as agreed upon.

For any refundable situations, refund requests must be made within 7 days of the service being completed. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
